Jake Pucci

Jake Pucci brings passion for Catholic education and extensive enrollment management experience to the Partners in Mission team.  Currently the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at La Salle High School in Cincinnati, OH, he has been an essential part of the school’s leadership team and community for the past 17 years. During that time, Jake has utilized historical statistics and grade school enrollment numbers to allow La Salle to make data-driven decisions. Jake and his team also redesigned the school’s brand and marketing strategy to better position the school in a highly competitive secondary school market.

When it comes to developing relationships with prospective families and ushering them through the admissions process, many say there is no one better in the Cincinnati area than Jake. One La Salle parent notes, “Jake is invaluable to La Salle. We have loved our time there, and much of that is directly related to the care that Jake has given us.” Another parent said, “I loved Jake’s presence during the entire process. He provided the insights we needed to make a very difficult decision. I felt completely comfortable going to him if I had any questions because I knew he would be happy to help.”

Jake began his career as a mathematics teacher at La Salle High School.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University and is a graduate of Xavier University, where he earned his Master of Education degree in Education Administration.

Jake married his college sweetheart, Angela, and they have two children, EmmaRae and Jackson. They reside in Cincinnati, OH, and are parishioners at St. James the Greater Church. He has led several service immersion trips at La Salle, most recently to New Orleans, LA, working with SBP: Disaster Resilience, Recovery, and Relief.
