Senior Partner
Kyle Pietrantonio brings a strong school leadership background and entrepreneurial experience to Partners in Mission as a Senior Partner in the School Leadership Search Solutions practice while also serving as Executive Director of Duc In Altum Schools Collaborative, an international network of K-12 Catholic schools headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
Before joining Partners in Mission, Kyle co-founded Duc In Altum Schools Collaborative (DIA) to provide a platform for Catholic educational leaders to network and strengthen the faith formation programming of K-12 schools. Prior to serving as DIA’s Executive Director, Kyle served as Head of School for Holy Spirit Preparatory School in Atlanta, GA, a pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade, independent Catholic school for seven years. As Head of School, he raised over $2 million annually through a successful major gifts campaign. Kyle also built bridges to new feeder preschools and middle schools to build enrollment at key entry points. Before becoming Head of School, he served the school in various capacities, including Associate Head for Advancement, Lower School Principal, Middle School Principal, and a high school Latin and history teacher.
Kyle served on the feasibility committee for Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School and then as a founding board member, which raised a network record of $30 million in 14 months. Kyle currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Ignatius House, a Jesuit retreat center in the Atlanta area. There, Kyle helped the center launch two initiatives that increased capacity by 61%, year-over-year, despite a global pandemic. At both Cristo Rey and Ignatius House, Kyle has served on the organizations’ development, mission and identity, search, and executive committees. In addition, Kyle has participated in several civic and ecclesial leadership programs, including Leadership Sandy Springs, Leadership Atlanta, and Catholic Charities Leadership.
Kyle attended Catholic elementary and secondary school in Connecticut and received his A.B. magna cum laude in classics, medieval studies, and theology from Georgetown University. He is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) program, where he received his M.Ed. while teaching in Mobile, AL, and then completed doctoral studies in Catholic educational leadership and policy at The Catholic University of America.
Kyle resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife Meghan and their three children, who all attended Catholic school. They are active parishioners at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where they serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
